We build a ticket page for your event, with the ticket types, prices and capacity you choose. Guests buy online by card and get an e-ticket with a unique QR code. On the night, tickets are scanned at the door so you always know who's in.
There's nothing to pay upfront. We take an agreed percentage of each ticket sold, so our fee only grows when your sales do. Add our box office and door staff, or the full stage crew, whenever you need them.

Ticketing: common questions.
How much does ticketing cost?
Nothing upfront. We take an agreed percentage of each ticket sold, and we'll confirm the exact figure, including card payment fees, before your tickets go on sale. Door and stage crew are quoted separately at our normal crew rates.
Do I need my own website?
No. Your tickets are sold from an event page on our site, so you just share one link on posters, social media and emails. If you already have a website, link to it from there.
How do guests get their tickets?
They pay online by card and get a confirmation email with a unique QR code ticket. They can show it on their phone or print it at home.
Can you staff the door on the night?
Yes. We supply box office and door staff to scan tickets, sell on the door if you want, manage guest lists and keep queues moving. Licensed security roles need an SIA-approved security provider, and we're happy to work alongside one.
When do I get the money from ticket sales?
We agree the payout timing with you before tickets go on sale. After the event you get a clear statement showing ticket income, our fee and what's paid to you.
Can I book ticketing without booking crew?
Yes. Ticketing works on its own, and your own team can scan tickets with the app. You can add our door team or stage crew at any point.
What about refunds if the event changes?
We agree a refund policy with you before launch and show it on your ticket page, then handle refund requests in line with it.
