Our crew help hire companies put up marquees and stretch tents, set out tables and chairs, rig festoon and uplighting, and carry in the DJ or band's kit — then strip it all down at the end of the night or first thing next morning.
We don't sell or hire equipment. We supply skilled, insured crew who work with your suppliers' kit or the venue's own.

Can you set up the day before?
Yes — for bigger parties we often build the day before, then come back after the party for the pack-down.
Do you supply the marquee, lights or sound system?
No — we're crew only. You or your hire company supply the kit, and we provide the people to put it up and take it down.
Can you keep someone on site during the party?
Yes. We can leave runners on site through the evening for moves, resets and anything else that crops up.
